CKSC recognizes the importance of catering to the needs and concerns of parents and students. To enable the school to serve stakeholders better and for better communication and feedback, the CKSC Helpdesk was formed.

本校深知在疫情當下，家長和學生想查詢報名、功課或相關事務時所遭受的不便，爲了更好、更便捷的服務大家，本校成立了“菲律濱中正學院服務臺”。

The CKSC Helpdesk is comprised of a team of teaching and non-teaching personnel who can help address the queries of parents and students.

菲律濱中正學院服務臺的服務人員是由本校教職員組成的，有關人員負責家長、學生的查詢工作。
