Payment Thru Asia United Bank (AUB)

This is a collection facility of AUB wherein all its participating branches nationwide will be accepting full payments of tuition fees in behalf of Chiang Kai Shek College

1. Go to any AUB Branch nationwide. (See list of nearby AUB braches below)
2. Present the Assessment slip issued by CKSC to the bank teller.
3. Get validated copy of the payment slip and verify accuracy of information entered therein.
4. Keep the validated copy of payment slip as proof of payment.

 Reminders:

• Payment thru AUB is only applicable for full payment only.  Partial payment will not be accepted by the bank.
• The following information shall be written correctly at the back of the check: Student name, Year/Section, Telephone No./Mobile No.
• Post dated and overstated checks are not accepted.
• Payments can be made in the form of cash and/or checks either local or regional checks. Check payments will be accepted with the clearing cut-off time of 2:30 PM by the receiving bank. Checks received after the clearing cut-off time shall be considered as payment on the following banking day. The date of receipt shall be based on the date indicated on the machine validation on the BPS and on the bank collection report.
• The CKSC official receipt will be issued by Student Services Section of Finance & Accounting Department after fifteen (15) working days after the Cashiering Section of the Finance & Accounting Department receives a transmittal report from the participating banks.
• The Student Services Section of the Finance & Accounting Department will not issue Official Receipt for those whose checks were returned/dishonored by the bank for whatever reason.
• Replacement for returned/dishonored checks shall be in cash or manager's check and shall be paid to the Cashier at the Finance & Accounting Department only.
