Distribution of Students’ Progress Report Card for 1st Term, SY 2016-2017

Dear Parents:
 
Greetings!
 
Please be informed that your child’s report card will be distributed on October 22, 2016 Saturday. This meeting aims to give you and your child’s teachers a venue to discuss important issues regarding your child’s academic performance and behavior during the 1st Term.
 
Please be guided by the following:
 
ACTIVITY: Distribution of Students' Progress Report Cards for 1st Term, SY2016-2017
DATE: October 22, 2016 (Saturday)
TIME: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
VENUE:
 
Grade School
Grade 1 & Grade 2 - Basement
Grades 3, 4, 5 & 6 – Respective classroom
 
Junior High School
Grades 7, 8, 9 & 10 – Respective classroom
 
A classroom directory will be posted in the Gates and in the bulletin boards per floor.
 
FOR PARENTS / GUARDIAN / AUTHORIZED PERSONS
1. Know the child’s section and complete name of the child’s adviser and subject teachers.
2. The Cards, both English and Chinese, shall only be released to the parents / guardians / authorized persons* (with letter from parents), upon presentation of the student’s ID (*Note: The student cannot get his/her own card).
3. The acknowledgment portion of the card shall be signed by the parent / guardian / authorized person, to be detached and submitted to the adviser / teacher-in-charge.
4. Distribution of report cards shall be from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
5. Other subject teachers are available for consultation from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the following venues:
- for Junior High School (English Instruction):
a. Room 269 for Grades 10-A to 10-I; 9-A & 9-B
b. High School Library – for Grades 7, 8 & 9-C to 9-H
6. Parents who will not be able to get the cards that day may arrange a schedule with the Adviser and/or Supervisor. After a week, the Cards shall be turned-over to the Office of the Registrar.
7. Full cooperation of everybody is enjoined as we work as partners in building the future for your children.

您好!
 
本院訂於於2016年10月22日(星期六)分發貴子女的中、英文成績單;目的在使您和任課老師可以談論關於貴子女第一階段在學校的學習情形及行為等重要問題。
 
一、是日活動的內容如下:
事項:分發學生2016-2017學年度第一階段中、英文成績單
日期:2016年10月22日(星期六);
時間:上午8-10:30
地點:小學1、2年級---地下餐廳;小學3、4、5、6年級---各班教室;
初中7、8、9、10年級---各班教室
*教室指南圖將張貼入門處或在每層樓的佈告欄上
 
二、家長/ 監護人/ 授權者注意事項 :
1. 須知貴子女的級組及導師和任課老師的全名。
2. 中英文成績單,在出示貴子女學生證後,始能分發給家長/ 監護人 / 授權人(持有家長授權書者)。
3. 成績單上[ 確認]部份 ,由家長簽署 / 監護人 / 授權人簽署後,須剪下交給導師/負責老師。
4. 分發成績單的時間:上午8:30 至 9:30
5. 如對個別科目有問題的家長,可在該天9:30-10:30到下列地點與該科任教的老師會談
(只限英文初中部):
a. 269教室-----十年級A至I組,九年級A組和B組
b. 中學圖書館-----七年級、八年級、九年級C組至H組
6. 家長如果當天不能來校領取學生成績單,須與導師/主任另安排日期。成績單一週後將交回註冊部。
