Joining its first-ever competitive stint as an official school team, the Chiang Kai Shek College Wushu team made the school proud by bagging the overall championship title in the 2013 FCAAF Inter-School Youth Traditional Martial Arts Competition held last October 6, 2013 at Robinson's Place Ermita. The team hauled twelve gold, ten silver, and six bronze medals en route to becoming overall champion. The boys also swept the overall titles in both junior and senior male divisions.

Contributing to the harvest in the male junior category were Jerick John Wong, double gold medalist for San Lu Quan and Broad Sword Routine, and silver medalist for Double Cudgel Routine; Angel Louie Fernandez, winner of two gold medals for Straight Sword and Praying Mantis Routinea, and bronze medal winner for Double Cudgel Routine; Raymond Sy, winner of the silver medal for Yi Lu Quan; Paul Andy Yiu, silver medalist for Double Cudgel Routine, and bronze medalist for Yi Lu Quan; Hanz Patrick Yu, recipient of the bronze medal for San Lu.

Leading the cast in the senior male category was Angelo Cris Mutuc, a triple gold medalist for Broad Sword, White Crane Fist, and Double Cudgel Routines. Other winners in this division were Alexander Dairo, gold medalist for Er Lu Quan, silver medalist for Straight Sword Routine, and bronze medalist for Double Cudgel Routine; Ansley Janson Yanga, recipient of the gold medal for Er Lu Quan and silver medals for Double Cudgel and Broad Sword Routines; John Jacob Sy, silver medalist for Yi Lu Quan and bronze medalist for Double Cudgel Routine; and Mitchell Sy, gold medalist for White Crane Fist Routine.

The lone winner in the female senior category was Valerie Nicole de Leon, who copped the silver medal for Er Lu Quan and the bronze medal for Straight Sword Routine.

The team was coached by Jeffrey N. Lock and Marie Sherrylyn Tan.

In another development, the basketball teams romped away as expected with every title up for grabbing. Thanks to the heavy backing of the CKSCAA and its basketball committee.  First, the boys' developmental team, mentored by Coach Arsenio Dysangco, earned back-to-back championship crowns during the 9th staging of the tournament sponsored by the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF) for boys aged 11 years old and below. The team was also the champion in 2012. The CKSC Baby Dragons edged out MGC New Life Christian Academy in a tightly fought finals, 53-46, to bag the crown.

It was also two years in a row for Coach Goldwin Monteverde and his coaching staff as they guided the high school team to another successful year in the 24th FCAAF High School Boys' Basketball Tournament which ended last October 6 at the CKSC main gymnasium. The Blue Dragons defeated hardcourt arch-rival Hope Christian High School, 69-61, in the finals. The two teams have been dominating this Filipino-Chinese tournament over the last few years with their sound basketball programs.

The Chiang Kai Shek College Blue Dragons also made a lasting mark in the 2013 Milo Best - National Capital Region Pasarelle Tournament by emerging champion in Metro Manila, crushing San Beda College-Rizal, 74-49. As the regional champion, the team will compete against the other regional champions for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao during the national finals to be held in Pampanga this November.
