The Chiang Kai Shek College High School and Grade School Student Councils had their joint induction of officers at the main campus conference room last August 30, 2013 with the College President Dr. Dory Poa, the Vice President Mrs. Carmelita Espino, and  heads of the Grade School and High School Discipline Offices in attendance.

The program started with an opening remarks delivered by Abigail Gan. After inducting the new set of officers into office, Dr. Poa addressed the Council officers and described their tasks as “potential training ground for the new leaders of the nation.” She also urged them to be responsible and to work diligently in all their undertakings. The speech preceded the turnover ceremonies wherein immediate past chairperson Kyra Nicole Ang turned over the Council leadership to newly elected chairperson Candy Joy Chua.

The newly elected chairpersons are Candy Joy Chua, Jan Bertel Ngo, and Willa Charyl Manlim for the High School Student Council, and  Jack Calvin Chua, Kiara Mae Yau, and Honey Chua for the Grade School Student Council.
