The month of July is National Disaster Consciousness Month. The Metro Manila Shake Drill organized by the MMDA is a Metro Manila city wide earthquake and fire drill on all establishments like schools, hospitals, hotels, government offices, condominiums, etc.

Chiang Kai Shek College conducts earthquake and fire drill annually. For this year, the school registered with MMDA in the participation of the city wide earthquake and fire drill in pursuant to the MMC No. 15-10, Series of 2015. Before the drill, the school organized the Building Emergency Evacuation Planning (BEEP) committee. This committee comprises the different emergency teams with their different roles and functions during emergency or disaster. The school coordinated with the office of Chief Inspector Adan Bithao of the Fire District 1, NCR of the Bureau of Fire Protection DILG. The school requested his office for BFP personnel to serve as drill masters on the event.

On July 30, 2015 10:30 a.m., Chiang Kai Shek College Padre Algue Campus and Narra Campus conducted the earthquake and fire drill. The school followed the drill procedures and scenarios given by Metro Manila Development Authority. Present at the drill were SF04 Edgardo Cuartero and SF04 Alvin Reyes who served as drill evaluators. The administrators, supervisors, teachers, office staff, maintenance personnel, security guards, and students all played key roles that contributed to the success of the drill. Both BFP personnel, in their post-evaluation talk, commended CKS College for passing the standards set by the Bureau of Fire Protection DILG again.

Yu, Director of Manila DRRMO, Chief Inspector Adan Bithao of BFP and his personnel, the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc., Association of Fire Chiefs and Fire Fighters of the Philippines Inc, Association of Philippine Volunteer Fire Brigades Inc.
