Dr. Raymond Q. Datuon, Dean of Education and Head of the Senior High School Program and Faculty and Staff Development Office, gave a keynote speech to the 3rd International Conference on Economics and Management (ICEM 2016) held July 2-3, 2016, at Suzhou New Century Hotel, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.

The conference brought together researchers and students from the areas of economics and management. ICEM 2016 provided a forum for debate, discussion, and promotion of economics and management. It is an opportunity for those who are passionate about these fields to come together and debate the issues that matter.

In addition, Dr. Datuon was appointed as Co-Chair of the International Committee Board of the said conference along with other scholars from different countries.

Dr. Datuon presented his paper entitled, “The Competing Values Framework of Administrators Among Private Colleges in the National Capital Region.”
