CKS is CONNECT-ED (DLSU’s Connectivity Program)

On January 22, 2016, Dr. Dory Poa, CKS College President, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with De La Salle University to align the Senior High School offerings of CKS to the DLSU college courses so that students studying in CKS Grades 11 and 12 can have some of their subjects validated and credited if they go to DLSU for college. Under the MOA, the DLSU will deploy their faculty in CKS College to teach, mentor, certify subjects, and train the teachers beginning June 2016. As part of the agreement, the subjects under the DLSU faculty will be credited for CKSian Senior High School student who will be accepted to DLSU under the STEM and ABM strands.

The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was done in De La Salle University at the Office of Dr. Robert C. Roleda, the Vice Chancellor for Academics in the Henry Sy Building. Other CKS officials present during the MOA signing were Dr. Raymond Q. Datuon, Dean of the School of Education and Program Head of the CKS College Senior High School, and Mrs. Cristina A. Monsanto, Coordinator for English Instruction of Senior High School.
